Symmetrik Solutions is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Bark Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium bark products to a diverse range of customers. As a Bark Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to promote and sell bark products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate bark products to meet their requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or gardening industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in sales transactions.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (9pm to 6am).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of bark products is a plus.
